About Us

AG Homes is owned and operated by Charles and Catherine Gatlin, a husband and wife building and renovation team.

A native of Old Metairie, Charles founded AG Homes in 2020 as a Residential General Contractor. Prior to creating AG Homes, Charles had worked over 10 years in various residential and commercial construction roles. He personally oversees every project from start to finish, anticipating and fixing issues as they arise to make your project go as smoothly as possible. Catherine, an LSU alumna, came to AG Homes after Hurricane Ida with a background in disaster recovery and experience in insurance and government recovery funding. She handles all of the paperwork to ensure you know exactly where you are within your project at all times. If you need help with insurance or secondary funding, she can help you with that too! Together, they live in old metairie with their three dogs affectionately called ‘the girls’ (who you may hear over the phone when you call.) When they’re not working, Catherine and Charles love spending time with their family and friends, cooking, and attending whatever festival is that weekend!
