Before any foundation work occurs, we make sure your home is braced for it’s weight and then depending on your home’s foundation type we’ll install, replace, or reinforce your structures (piers, beams, slab, floor joists, push pilings etc.). Then, a measurement is taken from a point to give us a relative 0 point to level the four corners to. When we do this, you may notice some cracking in tile, walls, baseboards, crown molding, or other surfaces – this is completely normal and we can help you repair that after your foundation is safe and back to it’s original glory.
